All Saints' Giving Tree

All parishioners are invited to participate in the All Saints' Advent Giving Tree which begins on December 2. The gifts will support organizations that represent people from all stages of life from babies in the womb to the elderly. This year we will be supporting:

  • Pregnancy Concerns in Coquitlam

  • Talitha Koum Society in Coquitlam

  • Luke 15 House in Surrey

  • Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Coquitlam

  • Belvedere Care Home in Coquitlam

  • Share Community Services in the Tri-Cities

  • Suwa'lkh Indigenous School in Coquitlam

Here is how you can give:

  1. Take a tag from the giving tree.

  2. Return the gift to the tree unwrapped with the gift tag firmly attached by Sunday December 17th.

If you need assistance to deliver the gift, please call and we can arrange to pick it up. Questions? Contact Lisa Styka at lisastyka@gmail.com

All Saints is Hiring a Parish Manager

The key duties, responsibilities and job requirements are available on the Parish website - https://www.allsaintsbc.ca/currentopportunities

Interested applicants can submit their resume and cover letter to: resumes@allsaintsbc.ca with Parish Manager in the subject line.

Thank you for your interest.

Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Adopt a School Breakfast Program

Are you reasonably handy in the Kitchen and don’t mind spending a few hours a week helping feed hungry elementary school kids? All Saints currently have 24 wonderful volunteers in breakfast programs at Seaview and Miller Park Elementary schools

The school provides the food and our volunteers cook it in the school kitchen. Typical shifts start around 7:15-7:30, finishing up around 9:15. It requires two volunteers each school morning to make breakfast and feed around 50 kids. For some kids, this may be the only meal of the day.

As schedules are constantly changing, there is a need for additional volunteers. If you are able to spare a few hours, one day a week, please consider joining us.

Contact Yui Shun Chow at: yschow@telus.net or 604 939 9698
