DISCOVERY Faith Study
If you could know God personally, would you want to? Come and explore God's personal love for you. DISCOVERY leads you through a simple but personally challenging look at the Gospel message.
Sign up to journey for 6 weeks with a leader at the Parish on Tuesday evenings beginning February 21st.
Eucharistic Adoration
Thursday, February 16, 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Come and spend some quiet time in adoration with Jesus and deepen your friendship with Him.
Come let us adore him!
Ash Wednesday Masses
Wednesday, February 22
Mass and distribution of ashes will be celebrated at 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent, a time of self-examination, fasting, penance, and almsgiving to prepare us for the joyful celebration of Easter. By offering up small sacrifices through the season, we unite ourselves to Christ's sacrifice on the cross for our sins.
Parish Lenten Retreat - Save the Date!
Host Families Needed
The Parish is looking for host families to host the Net Ministries team, who will be visiting the parish from Feb 26 - Mar 06 to conduct a retreat for our students receiving the sacrament of Confirmation later this year. If interested and for more details please send an email to youngfamfaith@allsaintsbc.ca or contact the parish office at 604-939-1741.
Urgent Help Needed for Earthquake Survivors
Millions of Syrians were shaken awake by disaster on Feb. 6, and found their lives, like the buildings around them, reduced to rubble. CNEWA’s on-the-ground church partners are responding quickly to provide bedding, food, medicine, milk, nursing formula and diapers to more than 2,000 families seeking emergency shelter in convents, parish halls and schools. At this critical moment, your generous and prayerful support is more than necessary — it is vital to their survival. Will you be a lifeline to so many women, children and elderly people who have nowhere else to turn? Please donate online at rcav.org/syria
